Here are results from the simulations of the RNA tetranucleotide sequence
tested with the Drude Polarizable Force Field.

In this directory are trajectories and topologies processed via CPPTRAJ.
CPPTRAJ is part of AmberTools and is available at http://www.ambermd.org.
Simulations were performed begining from 5 different starting conformations
and run for 5 microseconds each. Trajectories provided here are the solvent/ion
stripped trajectories. For more specifics on the simulation parameters, please
see the manuscript.

Naming for the files in the directory is as follows:
       - The files are named for the starting structure that the simulation began with.
       - .nc files are trajectories while .topo files are topology files
